On receipt of your booking we will process your reservation immediately with the property owner or management agent and more often than not this will be instantaneous.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your booking with the reservation number as soon as possible, usually by return but you should allow for up to 24 hours.

Shortly after full payment, or the balance payment, has been received vouchers and arrival instructions will be emailed to you, you should expect to receive them within 7 days or at the latest 2 weeks prior to check-in date.

Credit Cards:
American Express, MasterCard Credit, Visa Credit

There is a 2.9% handling charge added to card payments.

The handling fee can be avoided with payment by bank account transfer - if you wish to do this please telephone us to make your booking.
